Seems to me like pirates have become pretty trendy lately. Are pirates cooler than ninjas? Not too sure, but they have been in the news a lot more than ninjas lately.
I know Obama dont like pirates much. check out this graph that shows the number of pirates killed by the last 20 presidents.
For realz though, pirates are a pretty big deal. They stealz food aid from humanitarian organizations - food aid that is badly needed in Somalia, a country that is gripped by drought and famine.
